The help pages in this section provide a quick introduction to use PLE. They are intentionally kept brief so that you can start using the program as quickly as possible. The objective is not to teach you every single detail but to familiarise you with the basic principles and the way the program works.

First, a short explanation will be given about the PLE design process. Then, a brief tour of the PLE user interface can be found. Finally, pages containing a summary of the keyboard shortcuts used in PLE and a link to the tutorial projects can be found.

More details about the design process can be found in Design Functions section. For full details on tables used in PLE, please refer to Tables Reference section.

Once you get used to work with PLE, you will also find plenty of more useful help and support in working with the data table, using the multiple tables functionalities or viewing your project data, graphically. Also, do not forget to check the input tools sections.
