Downward vertical soil stiffness just after data reference point

(If KLS2=UNDEFINED it is assumed KLS2 = KLS1)

UNCF-L:

Uncertainty factor resulting in lower soil parameter KLS

≥ 1. / Undefined if UNCF-H is specified

[Default: 2.0]

(If UNCF-L = UNDEFINED it is assumed that UNCF-L = UNCF-H. UNCF-L is used when the uncertainty in table UNCER is set to Low)

UNCF-H:

Uncertainty factor resulting in higher soil parameter KLS

≥ 1. / Undefined if UNCF-L is specified

[Default: 2.0]

(If UNCF-H = UNDEFINED it is assumed UNCF-H = UNCF-L. UNCF-H is used when the uncertainty in table UNCER is set to High)

VARAR:

Half band width accuracy allowance percentage for soil parameter
