Indication whether element is to be characterised as a primary membrane stress element in case of above ground pipeline (section) or when SOILNB only exists
SOILNB+TOPLOAD:
Indication whether element is to be characterised as primary membrane stress element when SOILNB and TOPLOAD exist
Possible indications:
- empty (blank) |

- Primary (free) |

Primary membrane stress element with gap or above ground |
- Primary (in soil) |

Primary membrane stress element below ground |
- Primary (support) |

Primary membrane stress element next to a support |
- Non-Primary (elastic) |

The length of the pipe span for the combination of SOILNB and TOPLOAD can differ from the one for SOILNB only, because a part of the span at start and/or end may disappear due to additional loading by TOPLOAD.
