1. somewhere a gap between pipeline and soil occurs
2. the top soil load SOILNB (+ the topload TOPLOAD) multiplied by the uncertainty and load factors exceeds the downward soil reaction from SOILREA.

The total support forces are composed of the support reactions from Design Function 5 and the additional support forces caused by SOILNB (+TOPLOAD).
